Many of my clients are feeling the pressures of this age. The external demands that can be exciting yet overwhelming, and the technology overload that can be connecting yet deplete one's energy reserves. Now more than ever it's essential that we find and feel the empowerment that comes from strengthening all of our layers to handle the stimuli of a modern life. 

I created this guided meditation through the 10 bodies to give us all a sense of greater balance and smoother flow throughout whatever waters one may be personally sailing through.
