New Year - New You

This event is a special partnership between meditation teacher and wellness practitioner Joanna Andreae and Alex Elle, writer and self-care advocate. The two hour session will focus on setting up your new year with intention, mindfulness, and reflection. It will include gentle yoga, guided meditation, and writing exercises. 

Pricing also includes a care package from Alex and Joanna, including Alex's #anote2self meditation journal.
