We know now that meditation is scientifically proven to change the brain, boost focus, and ease stress. This workshop is dedicated to those who wish to learn more about different types, techniques and benefits of meditation in various forms.

This workshop will focus on 3 types specifically: loving kindness (or metta) meditation, mindfulness meditation, and yoga nidra meditation.

This workshop is for people who want to:

  • boost their immunity
  • reduce stress
  • learn and experiment with 3 different kinds of meditation practices
  • learn take-home practices to utilize in your day to day
  • give yourself some rest and restoration
