Join author and self-care educator, Alexandra Elle alongside wellness guide and yoga teacher, Joanna Andreae, for a hometown self-care session.
Guests can expect:
Heart opening yoga (with Joanna): A welcoming yoga practice for everyone in the space that will calm the mind, body, and soul. The yogic poses will serve to empower the women doing them while encouraging her to let go and trust her ability to awaken and breathe.
Journaling exercises and partner work (with Alex) that encourages sisterhood, self-reflections and explores the benefits of self-care through writing.
Attendees should bring a yoga mat, a journal, and wear comfortable clothing.
