As spring is heralded within us and all around us we are generously offered a time of tremendous re-birth. Just as the colors begin to burst forth in fruits, flowers, and vegetation of all kinds , so too can we begin to catalyze our own precious energy of renewal and re-vitalization.

This half-day retreat is designed to capitalize on the magic of the spring equinox - a beautiful balance point between the dark and the light, as we walk more and more towards time in the sun. This session will allow us a time of deep reverence and reflection for where we’ve been, where we are, and where we are going.

The equinox times allow us a quarterly chance to affirm our direction, our value, and our gratitude for this precious world and our role in it.

What to expect:

We will gather at a beautiful space in Georgetown to practice:

  • Reflection exercises to maximize the energy of springtime rebirth

  • Curated meditations and yoga for grounding into a new season

  • Group discussions for more gracefully honoring this time

  • A celebration ceremony and communal altar for amplified manifestation of spring intentions

  • Deep relaxation

  • Art

  • Community building with a special constellation of women

  • Refreshments and herbal teas

  • Flowers - lots of flowers!
