what are the benefits of meditation?
Yoga Nidra or 'yogic sleep' is an easy guided form of meditation that is incredibly restorative and restful. This powerful practice is completely foolproof and perfect for beginners and practiced yogi alike; all it requires of participants is to lay down on a mat and not try too hard.
