My Story:

I love working with the most stressed-out worker bees because I've lived that life. Just a few years ago, I was a road-warrior extraordinaire, planning my wedding, and working a high-pressure job. Getting through my day was a battle. I was a mess. I was constantly on the move, constantly under pressure and felt like I could barely keep my head above water.

One day I realized it was only a matter of time before something was going to give. And I didn't want it to be me!  That sparked a subtle but powerful new outlook on my life.  I started to make small, impactful changes and reassess my priorities. I began to meditate, I started to eat with abundance, health and (most importantly) pleasure instead of only what seemed "healthy." I learned that moving my body was so much more about reducing stress than trying to stay thin.

Instead of constantly pushing from point A to point B I began to wander, and it transformed my life. Now, after formalizing my training in meditation, holistic health coaching, and plant-based nutrition, I'm ready to share the wealth. To learn a bit more about me and my story, click here

I was surprised by how simple it was to pick up healthy habits.
