Banana Basil Beauty Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 2 TBSP hemp seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups nut milk/hemp/almond/cashew
  • 1 small bunch frozen (or fresh) basil (about 3/4 cup loosely packed
  • 2 celery stalks, roughly chopped
  • 2 TBSP flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ TBSP of honey or maple syrup (optional if you’d like it less sweet!)

Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender, and blend. You can always use a little more filtered water if you need to thin it out at all. Enjoy!
